Bullring Sun
The infamous Bullring, an area at the centre of Birmingham that stems from the Middle Ages, when a market was first held there. Bulls were tied to an iron ring and baited before being slaughtered. In more recent times, it has been the home of the Bullring outdoor and rag markets, and the Bullring Shopping Centre, which was built in the 60s and later replaced with a new glitzy shopping centre in 2003. Other buildings featured here are St. Martin’s Church, The Selfridges building, and the Rotunda.
